Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of eBooks, guides, and downloadable resources are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, as the content cannot be returned.

Programs & Online Courses

All sales of programs, online courses, and group offerings are final, unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

Because these programs provide immediate access to proprietary content, resources, and educational materials, refunds are not offered once access has been granted.

1:1 Coaching Services

Refunds for 1:1 coaching are not provided once services have begun.

If a coaching package is paid in full and services have not yet started, requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, minus any administrative fees or services already provided.

Missed or canceled sessions without adequate notice are non-refundable.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once initiated. You are responsible for completing all payments associated with your purchase, regardless of participation or completion of the program.
